App not customer friendly
On my phone tracking the parcel didn’t work. I tried the app or via the website. On a computer you need to download stuff to the task bar. Really awkward and unnecessarily complicated

Even with the Eircode and having spoken to the Shannon centre who found the house, apparently they were unable to deliver.

The contact us no one responds to. Slow to up date shopping movements if it's updated at all.
