Note to the Manager
Whoever suggested that a forced app download, forced sharing of personal details and a prepayment before the customers getting a glass of water lied to you about customer service and loyalty.
It is good manners and considered good hospitality to ask customers if they would like water, if they would like to share personal details, if they would like to download an app to place an order.
Hire a better marketing team!

Not good idea
Somebody in marketing team or something though that its good idea to force people download an app to give orders. I cant believe rest of the agreed on that haha .
App is okay but its not okay you cant order through simple website..

Terrible app great food
Despite the food and service being constantly great, terrible app got even worse with the latest update. Flashing, redrawing the screen and loosing the selection. Applepay doesnt work, some elements appear under iphone notch.
