I paid €15 for 1 hour (€1.5) parking!
Their app has stolen me €15 for just 1 hour (€1.5) parking! Ridiculous service and app. There is no way to top up fewer than that, and because it is automatic and without confirmation, you can't avoid that.

Great customer service. Signed up for tolling and parking. The app is also pretty straight forward and easy to use. I also like that I’m able to use on street parking. Very handy. Happy customer 😎

Auto top-up impossible to disable
The app isn’t bad, overall it works like any other parking app. The low score is based on the ridiculous idea that an app can have a default auto top up function in 2022.

Can’t set it up
I can’t actually set the app up because it won’t let me actually submit all the details. This is the second time I’ve tried to download and set up the app and it’s the same thing every time.

Recommend for road warriors
I have been using easytrip for several years for managing my toll and parking expenses. Not quite Netflix but I have found to be a good service. It is useful that I can now include my street parking on the same service. I visit customers all over the country so helps a lot on the reducing admin at end of month.
Their app seems to be always improving - so far so good!

Pity you can’t extend on street parking the same as competitors apps
Great app hopefully you will enable the extend function on the in street parking like the other apps. Would be perfect then all parking and toll in a common platform is really handy

Transactions
Was brilliant at the start and could see all of the transactions on the toll bridge. Unfortunately now the most recent transactions are not at the top and requires a lot of scrolling.

Rubbish. Cant register
Despite filling in all details correctly to register keeps telling me there is a problem validating email address despite it being filled in several times correctly. Couldn’t be bothered with this.

I have been using the Easytrip app a few months now, has worked great. I have no complaints, very user friendly. Easy way to top up account and check toll usage. The new car wash feature works well, I am really impressed over all!

Easy trip staff very helpful but software and IT system a disaster. Took forever to set up system was crashing very poor app Makes you concerned that a company with such a poor outdated IT system has credit card details. How good is their security.
