Description

FlexiWage enables you to schedule your wage your way by deciding how much you want to get paid from your wages across multiple pay dates set by your employer.

The app also allows you to view your current and archived versions of your payslip.

Your employer will invite you to their FlexiWage account at which stage you will be emailed with your login details.

Each month, your employer will create a new pay period and you will receive a push notification informing you that the new pay period is ready.

You can then view your earnings and deductions, download your payslip and then complete the schedule to specify how much money you want to receive on each pay date. Whether you want to receive all your wages at the start of the month, at the end of the month or evenly split across 4 or 5 pay dates. The choice is all yours.

Terrible Experience

Very poor app. Struggled for months to get in contact with any sort of customer service in order to solve an issue I was having with the app. They refuse to provide me with a phone number and take weeks on end to fix a simple fault.

Can’t download payslip

I’ not been able to download my payslip from Flexiwage app

What’s wrong with the app?

Very poor app

This is a very poorly designed app. It doesn’t memorise your login credentials and it’s not very responsive. For an extremely simple app, it feels buggy and amateur.

Clunky

App doesn’t work well with LastPass password manager. LP fills username and password, but tapping “continue” or the password box erases the password and you need to go through the same process again to fill that too. This doesn’t happen with other apps or sites.

Once inside the app, you can only view one payslip once. If you try to view another, or the same payslip again, the option to “download payslip” isn’t there. It’s just a spinning blue circle. You have to force close the app and go through the login process again to view another payslip.
