Would love to be able to connect my social media such as snapchat to the watch as i don’t use instagram. The sleep tracking also doesn’t work for some reason even though my app is updated.

I’d rather use an analog pedometer.
Very poorly designed fitness band and app.
The band’s display cannot be read outside during daylight hours due to its low brightness.
Once lit, it goes off again after 3 seconds of no interaction, so good luck reading all your vitals after a morning run.
The app requires login to keep track of basic information, but does not maintain data such as weight (keeps resetting weight to 40000kg for some reason).
The app uses advertising to finance itself, something not clearly indicated in the app’s description. As the band will not even connect via bluetooth without the app, and cannot be configured without it, I am forced to look at unwanted apps for the privilege to setup alarms and monitor my health goals.

I love this app iv being useingnit for 2 months now and it also works with sending the massages to my fone for messenger WhatsApp Facebook ect and also lets u keep records of ur bad habits like eating late or being narky eating breakfast or before going to bed definitely love it and would recommend it thanks

Corrupts your phone
After downloading this app it corrupted my phone not allowing the keyboard to appear when required to type. Took me a while to work it out but once deleted and disconnect the watch via Bluetooth a restart of the phone sorted the problem.

Time format Problem
Hi FitPro
There is a Huge problem with the Time on the FitPro tracker, It keeps changing from the 12 Hour time Format to the 24 Hour time. Which is confusing. Yet you Cannot change in the App settings. Why is this ?
I should be able to “Set and Forget” in the App settings

I recently purchased the smart watch and the registration is not complete because the activation email is not being sent, customer support is locked, if im not signed in.

Got Oshen Watch, not happy with that nor the instructions to set it up with this app. Have registered and tried to log in several times. Still being told that I’m not registered. In this day and age this should not be hard. Losing faith.....

Twice in last week it has just stopped counting my steps around midday. Doesn’t work again til midnight later on.

I don’t know where to even begin. I mean the watch itself is great, but the app is the most confusing thing. It does have the capability to turn on when your flick the watch face to you, but only for a certain time. I mean why. I want that option all the time, not just for 20 hours. Please fix this
