With HelloBetter, you get effective psychological support - without waiting time, and free of charge on prescription. Psychological support - no matter where you are? You can get it with the HelloBetter app. Developed by psychologists and psychotherapists.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose your HelloBetter online therapy course on hellobetter.de.
Step 2: Get a prescription from a doctor for your chosen therapy course. (You can find all the information you need on hellobetter.de).
Step 3: Send the prescription to your health insurance company - they will cover all costs.
Step 4: Your health insurance company sends you an access code - enter it on helloBetter.de and you're ready to go.
Step 5: Download the app and take HelloBetter with you wherever you go.

Really helpful app!

Overall, I really like the app and how it helps with specific health issues. The only drawbacks are that planned activities should be timed to the minute (why, when it's more about doing the activity in the first place) and that there is no text window for notes in the diary, just the default fields.
