Most unreliable. For every time it does work, there are 5 times it doesn’t work. Wifi signal is very strong. Very disappointed with this device.

It does what it’s meant to
It’s a good app, and user friendly! However I wish all of the features were available in Ireland! Not just in the America and Canada

Unresponsive
Unfortunately for an ap that is supposed to allow instant control of your heating system it is inconsistent, regularly unresponsive and often has a mind of its own. Totally unsatisfactory for the service it is supporting. We are regularly left with no hot water or a radiator that we cannot increase the temperature on.

Terrible service I have problem after problem after problem and everytime I call them I get told somebody will call me back and it never happens.
The app is slow to respond and often radiators are switching on without having been commanded to do so. Some serious flaws with the whole system.

Early 90s technology
Absolutely brutal. Too stop start. Pages not loading, playback not working. Every option you select you will encounter frustration. I have a Nintendo 64 in the attic working better than this.

App can be very slow at times. It takes a while to get temperatures updated on the app. Also app freezes occasionally

Not able to turn on all radiators with tapping one button
It’s great that you can set each radiator at different times and temperatures but this app doesn’t give you a option for master turn on/off button as well as a master temperature option for all radiators.
I would like to be able to turn on all radiators at once instead of each one.
