App worked once on upon, then suddenly not

I loaded this app for work training. I went on to do a few modules on my iPhone okay. I left it and went back to it in the morning and upon putting in my site name it says “this is not a valid site or domain name, check the value and try again”. Frustrating to say the least since I have such limited time to complete the training and wanted to get it done today!

Not device compatible

I downloaded the app to access Sabacloud’s learning content. Nothing works. Using iPhone XR. It even says on the course page: Not device compatible. No additional windows pop up during content launch, and I don’t have popups blocked.
