Annoyed.
So frustrated with LoyLap. This ap is painful and will not work. Reported via vendor. Nothing changed. Reported it myself and after an email exchange, reloaded the ap. just as bad. I have spent enough time. Done with LoyLap.
PS. Even entering this comment is followed by another time wasting pain in the neck

Great idea, very poor execution
This is a brilliant idea... But the app is very glitchy, nothing but errors and fails when I try to verify number or email or try to add payment card.
Hopefully they can rework the app a bit!

Can't even login
None of the login methods work, Facebook login fails reporting password error and registration comes back with you need to be older than 13 to access the service, no matter what age you write.

Good when it worked.
Started off well. Used in a couple of places in Terenure. However the last 4 times we've tried to collect points the business said service was "out of order". This was over a period of weeks. Tried support link in AppStore and loylap website seems to be down.
