TAK Aware is a lightweight Team Awareness Kit (also known as the Tactical Assault Kit in the Department of Defense) application designed to enable easy integrations into existing training and operational workflows while still providing the level of situational awareness and interaction you expect from TAK. The application is designed from the ground-up in iOS and connects to your favorite TAK servers with either Data Packages or Certificate Enrollment, and supports Data Packages, DataSync, Channels, Certificate Enrollment and more!
What's New in Version 1.3.1
We are very excited to release version 1.3.1 which fixes some issues with bloodhound lines from 1.3, and includes some top requested functionality, including:
- Initial support for DataSync missions (including password protected ones)
- Support for KML GroundOverlays and MultiGeometry
- Support for importing custom iconsets and maps
- Allowing toggling on showing user icons (or as 2525 icons)
- Calling users directly from the quick actions menu
- Improved video experience
- Multiselection support in the deconfliction sheet
- Significant performance improvements
