Lists & Projects: Organize tasks into custom Lists (Work, School, Home, etc.) and group related tasks into Projects. Break big goals into smaller steps with subtasks and notes, just as Things 3 helps you “plan your day” and “manage your projects” with ease.
Built-In Calendar: View all your tasks alongside calendar events in one integrated view. The in-app Calendar lets you schedule to-dos and deadlines in context, so appointments and tasks “come together” in your schedule.
Reminders & Notifications: Never miss a deadline. Set one-time or repeating reminders for any task, and Do Things 3 will alert you at the right time. You can even add multiple reminders per task for extra security.
Today View: Start each day focused. A special Today list automatically shows tasks and events due today (like Things 3’s “Today & Upcoming” lists), so you can see exactly what you planned and dive right in.
