Our 10 week weight loss program key features:
Mindset Support: Get daily prompts and tools designed to help you stay motivated, reduce stress, and stay grounded throughout your wellness journey. Helping you focus, change habits, and gain a new way of thinking towards food.
Workshops: Access the library with a practical weekly workshop to help build confidence and focus while learning how to beat cravings, emotional eating, boredom eating, stress eating, and so much more. Learn about food, digestion, nutrition tips, and breaking bad habits. A no-fluff approach, just straight-up actionable steps that are proven to work.
We respect privacy: Your attendance on the program is strictly confidential, so nobody will know you are on the program besides Weight Wellness admin, and you do not have to share any details such as weight or photos with anyone.
Meal Plans (optional): Get a library of 100s of meal plans that give healthy alternatives and shopping lists to help you follow along so you don't need to think. Choose from our 5-ingredient meals for speed and ease. Or our high-protein meals, desserts, snacks, vegetarian and vegan options, plus so much more.
Nutrition Tracking: With our food database built in. Clock calories with ease using our intuitive food tracker. Monitor calories and macronutrients all in one click. One app does it all.
Accountability Coach (optional): Have Mark and Fiona as your accountability coaches to check in with and get direct guidance from each week.
Mini daily goal tracker: Designed to be easy, quick, and to motivate you. Build habits that last beyond the scales. These we call off-scale wins. You can if you choose to monitor your water intake to stay hydrated.
In-App Chat & Support: Connect directly and chat, get encouragement, ask questions, and celebrate progress together.
Simple Progress Monitoring: View visuals that reflect how your weight, habits, and activity evolve over time, keeping you informed and on track.
Apple Health (optional): You can connect your Apple Health kit to sync with our app.
